Wine into water

Here's a question for y'all - this is for my Tuesday assessment class (the prof suggested we ask other people):

You have two containers of equal volume - one is holding water, the other is holding an equal amount of wine. You take one tablespoon of wine and mix it into the water. Now, take one tablespoon of the water/wine mixture and mix it back into the wine.

(1) Do you have more wine in the water, or more water in the wine?
(2) How did you arrive at your answer?, or "please explain your answer" or "please explain your thought process"
(3) How would you score the response to this question?

HAHAHA!!!! I bet I know with prof you are talking about! And I bet this is a trick question, hehe. It may turn out that the jugs have the same proportion of wine and water in them.

Yikes! This is going to drive me nuts until I know the answer!

Hehehe, I was right! But, I couldn't express my intuition! Do I get 0 points because I couldn't express my thoughts?

The answer can be found here:

I feel stupid or something, why is this not a brain teaser for me? I read that site Kiki and reread and everything and that made perfect sense to me the first time I read the problem. I suck at weird things like this and for whatever reason my logic immediately went to that solution and I was like, wait, is there something else it is supposed to be? Ah! What's wrong with me!
